My name is Adam Bloomfield, and I am the founder of AB Property Media. I have over seven years’ experience working as a letting’s agent, with extensive hands‑on knowledge of property letting and management.
Through my role in lettings, I regularly carry out marketing photography, video tours, floor plans, virtual furnishing, and detailed inventories — which is ultimately what led me to create AB Property Media. I saw first‑hand the importance of accurate, high‑quality property marketing and documentation, and the difference it makes not only for landlords and tenants, but also for estate agents and sellers looking to present properties effectively, attract interest, and support confident decision‑making.
As I continue to work full‑time as a letting’s agent, I have a clear understanding of landlords’ needs and the legislation that must be complied with throughout the letting process. This real‑world experience allows me to provide services that are practical, precise, and tailored to the demands of today’s rental market.
